Deputy / Associate - Regional Director Pan India

Total Vacancies / Slots	30 to 40 positions
Span of Control:	Region could be a state / city / multiple states from broad reference point of Indian State
Role Requirement:	Taekwondo enthusiast with progressive thoughts Holder of Kukkiwon 3rd Dan or above Good knowledge of local Taekwondo community
Other Basic Requirement:	24 X 7 matted dojang / gymnasium Operational small office with access to all modes of communication Clearly understands local language/s and has working knowledge of English

Selection Process:	Personal meeting with JSTARC Management on a mutually agreed date at the earliest in Mumbai or Bangalore.
Appointment Procedure	Once selected and appointed the role requires transition through a 1 year probationary charge where JSTARC Management Team will closely monitor the performance and commitment levels of individual candidate.

We would like to select dynamic and promising individuals from all walks of life who believe that their action can make the difference. They need to partner us, in aggressively populating Modern Taekwondo in their region of confidence and work closely with JSTARC Management Team to benefit one and all in a non-biased and transparent atmosphere.

The work requires extensive travel at own expense and selfless work dedicated towards seamlessly transferring all information of opportunity to Masters / Clubs / Academies in the region of confidence.
