JSTARC has been organizing camps to train students in Taekwondo extreme martial art for the past 5 to 7 years. These camps with its three distinct levels help in introducing Scientific Dojang Programs for all age groups of the Indian audience. Core Training Program aims at overall development of individuals to imbibe traditional Korean and Indian values, Taekwondo spirit and etiquette, classroom programs on sports science and medicine.

Course Contents: - Introduction to Taekwondo (facts & Basic terms)
- Basic Kicks, Punches & Stances
- Taeguk 1st to 5th Jang
- Basic footwork practice
- Target Kicks
- Basic Sparring training with trunk protectors
- Basic etiquettes & decorum of Dojang
- Physical Conditioning (Fitness related session 1)
Level II Duration: 4 to 5 days Will be conducted by 1 master instructor & 2 assistant instructors. Course Contents: - Advanced Kicks
- Back Kick
- Round House Kick
- Turning Kick
- Double Kick
- Taeguk 6th to 8th & Poomsae- Koryo & Kungang
- Link step & Kicks
- Moving trunk protector drills
- Paddle drill
- Sparring drill with Partner
- Introduction to Taekwondo Dance & Aerobics
- Basics of Taekwondo demonstration
- Physical Conditioning (Fitness related session 2)
* Only Students above Blue Belt qualify
Level III Duration: 4 to 5 days Will be conducted by 1 master instructor & 2 assistant instructors. Course Contents: - Olympic style Sparring techniques
- Competition oriented Sparring
- Advanced trunk protector drills
- Advanced Paddle training
- Extreme Kicks
1. Whirl Kick 2. 540' Kick 3. 720' Kick - Advanced Taekwondo Dance & Aerobics
- Advanced Taekwondo demonstration
- Introduction to Taekwondo Acrobatics
- Introduction to Extreme Martial Arts (Belt Kick & House turn)
* Only Students above Black Belt qualify * The level specially caters to students aiming for participating in competitions. Fill up our Inquiry Form for information, directly from the CEO Terms & Conditions - These courses will be conducted by JSTARC professionals under the JSTARC banner.
- The course can be conducted at a desired venue or at the nearest JSTARC center.
- The course will be announced & arranged (Food Stay & Transport of attendees) for by the interested Do Jang.
- The arrangement regarding equipments etc. will be done by………..
- The arrangement of stay Travel & food of the trainers, masters, instructors & visiting experts will be arranges by the interested Do Jang.
- JSTARC will provide instructors as follows:
Level I- 1 master instructor & 1 assistant instructor. Level II- 1 master instructor & 2 assistant instructors. Level III- 1 master instructor & 2 assistant instructors. - The fees, course structure will be decided by JSTARC
- Fees will be charged & collected by JSTARC
- JSTARC holds the rights to change, cancel, amend & alter the course & its contents at any given time of time.
- Experts at the camps will be named as per their availability & may change with each course.
