JSTARC- Korea expedition
Taekwando is a form of martial art which is of Korean origin and is the national sport of South Korea. It is also an Olympic sport. This form uses the feet and fists to attack and block the opponent. It has become popular worldwide due to its powerful leg movements and the distinguished techniques. This martial art not only exercises the body but also disciplines the mind. Similarly the aggressive attacks are more focused on the defense aspects, thereby making it a self defense method. These qualities of Taekwando set it apart from other martial arts.
